D.I.Y. Studded Shirt

Hi! I want to share with you my latest D.I.Y. project. The reason why I decided to ruin my favourite jeans dress was that it already was half damaged. I spilled the orange juice on it and I was not able to get rid of that spot. Ok, I said! "Time for my new diy project!" I had 50 golden studs left (that I ordered from Amazon for really cheap) and I wanted to make it a little bit "punk". I was kind of lucky with the dress cut because I was able to keep some of the fabric on the bottom & tie a knot.
Firstly I cut the dress to get rid of the damaged part.
Then I was considering where to put the studs and how many. (I really didn't want it to look overstudded).
I removed all the buttons and placed studs instead. My plan and intention was wear this shirt always over a top so I really don't need the buttons. If you guys want to wear it alone, you might want to keep the buttons or replace them with something more stylish (different buttons or broche etc.) - it's up to you.
Measure twice before you cut! You can use a pencil to plan where you are going to place the studs. Especially on the collar, every little mistake would be obvious.
Continue and place studs wherever you want. I just replaced the previous buttons and added studs on the collar, that's it.
And this is my finished masterpiece.
The dress was originally from Gate.
