How To Protect Your Eyes From Vision Loss

As a fashion blogger, I spend a lot of time on my laptop, writing articles and editting pictures. My professional life has also always included a couple of hours a day staring at the screen. Of course I thought of how harmful for my eyes this is. And I've also thought of how much it would suck if I lost my good vision just because of that. I've been always trying to reduce the time that I spend on my computer, but it seems close to impossible. We do everything electronically, we pay our bills online, we communicate with people through social media, we watch movies or search for information, we read "books" on Kindle etc... It just looks like we don't really have a choice in the matter. If you're a student, you probably write your essays in Word and if you have an office job, then you're stuck with the screen too. I'm very sensitive to this and I sometimes even get a headache when I spend too much time on my laptop. My eyes get itchy and I get tired quickly. Even though I keep my screen brightness at almost zero, I bet it still causes some kind of a damage anyways. When I heard about Phonetic Eyewear, it immediately caught my attention and I wanted to know more about this technology that can protect your vision! Their special lenses reflect and absorb a portion of the blue light emitted from PCs, smartphones and other devices! No tired eyes? Yes, please! I just wish I knew about this much earlier!
You can pick a fashionable pair from this amazing and stylish collection of Phonetic Eyewear glasses. All of them have this protective technology and you can get a non-prescription pair as well as a pair with dioptries! Me myself, I wear contact lenses most of the time, so I got these Alex Blue basic ones without prescription. You will probably be surprised with their friendly price too! Only $59 to save your eyes from permanent vision loss from digital eye strain sounds pretty fair! Plus, if you use code KAWAII10, you get 10% discount off your order when you check out!
Here you can see through the lenses, how they darken your view and thus they help to protect your eyes from blue light!
The glasses are very well made. The frames fit well on my face, behind the ears and on my nose. I don't even know about them when wearing them.

Good to know about! I definitely spend most of my days in front of the computer, mainly because of work...but from blogging, too!! No good! Of course, I wear contacts... so it's not like I have the world's greatest vision anyway.
